No, a referral from a doctor is not required to see a physiotherapist. However, if you have previously consulted a doctor or another therapist, bringing along any relevant letters detailing investigations or treatments can be beneficial. Please also bring any test results, such as X-rays as they help us in accurately diagnosing your condition and planning your treatment effectively.
